This is a private master king room with its own bathroom. You are welcome to use any other unlocked areas except the other bedrooms and bathrooms. The apartment has luxurious high class finishes and furniture, that will make you feel comfortable and rested during your stay. We have a dinning table in the kitchen for quick meals, and we also have a whole dinning room for large meals. You can use any device in our full equipped kitchen. You can have enjoy a rest time in our top line 5 pieces salon, or our garden view balcony.
You can access all unlocked areas, except other bedrooms & other bathrooms.

Sehr angenehm
Mein Aufenthalt in der JAD Residency war sehr angenehm. Die Atmosphäre ist durchweg ruhig und friedlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Wachmann / Sicherheitsdienst. Er war stets respektvoll, äußerst kommunikativ und immer hilfsbereit. Eine sehr positive Erfahrung – ich kann einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!

Preis war auch völlig ok
Khalid war sehr nett. Es hat alles super geklappt. Für Ausländische Gäste die Bemerkung das Khalid perfekt Englisch spricht. Er war immer per Social Media zu erreichen und hat mir seine Hilfe bei allen Angelegenheiten angeboten. Preis war auch völlig ok. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.

المكان فوق الرائع نظيف جدا جدا جدا و احسن من الصور وفوق كل ده انه مريح نفسيا و استاذ خالد قمة في الاحترام و الزوق فعلا ربنا يباركله و اي وقت هنزل فيه ان شاء الله لانه قريب من كل حاجة و موقعه راقي جدا
